Recently reading the Marcelo Gomes piece in NY Magazine; where he shot Marni, Louis Vuitton, Reed Krakoff, Balenciaga, and Christopher Kane pieces on friends Maya Villiger of Turned Out and sculptor Ann Kelly. I'm loving this sort of DIY approach to editorial photographers and models are moving toward. Gomes even infers that stylists need not be present, but I'm wondering if styling in general will continue moving toward this undone, blurred style as well.
